A weekend workshop for couples & friends
Discover the beauty of giving and receiving mindful touch in this hands-on weekend workshop. Over 2 days (12 hours in total) you’ll be given the tools to provide a deeply relaxing full-body massage to your partner and/or friend - no experience needed.
Guided step by step, you’ll explore:
· The power of breath for both giver and receiver
· Connect through touch
· The right atmosphere or how to set up your massage space
· Massage technique foundations
· Contraindications for massages
· Take home a full-body massage sequence
Join us for 2 days of presence, connection and mindful touch.

· Saturday: 10.00 – 17.30 (1 hour lunch + tea break included)
· Sunday: 10.00 – 17.30 (1 hour lunch + tea break included)
