Through passive long held poses, we get into our deeper connective tissues, joints and allow deep emotional held memories to be released.
The meridians running through our body are stimulated.

In gentle yoga, you take time to feel your body and move with your breath.
Breath and movement are pathways to keep the organs healthy and joints lubricated.
Gentle yoga is a bridge between moving in flow and staying stationary. It is a midway, where there is equilibrium and bliss in every pose.
You stay in a pose long enough to enjoy that you are not pushing yourself. The body gets rid of toxins naturally.
You may sweat in a few poses and not at all in others.
Gentle yoga equally strengthens and stretches, increasing flexibility and repairing muscles that are in need of love.

You don´t feel like joining an open class in a studio?
No problem, you can also book your very own, personal yoga session for more personal guidance in the comfort of your apartment, holiday home or at the beach.
I come to where it´s the most convenient for you.
You can either book a group session with friends, an individual one-on-one class just for yourself or a lesson with your partner/family member - whatever suits you best .
These classes are great for those, who would like to deepen their practice or learn a specific pose to work on their body and mind.
All levels, genders and ages are welcome!

When surfing, certain muscles are used and strained more than others.
Therefor my "yoga lessons 4 surfers" are especially designed to either prepare and warm you up for your surf or stretch your muscles and help your body recover after your session.
